Our goal is to make our guests leave happy and feeling great. We do not offer refunds for any hair services. If you are not satisfied with your service, all we request is for you to contact us within 3 days of your original appointment. An appointment is than made to come in and consult with the original service provider and the salon manager. At that time, an assessment will be done to determine if a redo is necessary.
Arena Salon and Spa prides itself on providing a very personalized experience for each and every client. If a client does not show up for their appointment or cancels without adequate notice, the result is idle time for our staff and a missed opportunity for another client.
If you must cancel an appointment, we must hear from you no later than 5:00 pm the day before your appointment in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. We require a credit card in order to schedule an appointment. We cannot make an appointment for any service without a card on file; this applies to all new and existing clients. Your credit card information will be taken at the time of booking your appointment and kept on file to hold all future appointments. Your card will never be charged or shared for any other reason.
Cell Phone Texting Reminders
To help you not forget your appointment with us we have several options to assist you. If we have your cell phone number, we automatically send you text reminders 48 hours before and day of your appointment. Not getting text reminders? Ask us to switch it on for you. Don't like getting text reminders? We'll switch it off for you. Confirm or cancel your appointment right from your cell phone: Reply YES to confirm, NO to cancel. To confirm your appointment cancellation via text, please call our front desk at (954) 391 5587.
Multiple Service Appointments/Wedding Packages
These require a credit card or gift card to hold your appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for cancellation. A no-show, no-call within 48 hours will result in a charge to your credit card for 50% of the amount of the services scheduled.
For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment. We also ask that you wear a smock during your hair appointments for protection of your clothing.
We aim to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Many of our guests are also parents and look forward to their time. We request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. Please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the experience without your little ones.
The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with any products that you purchase at Arena Salon and Spa. If you are not satisfied, please return the product so that we can recommend an alternative. All product returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with a receipt and at least 75% full. A store credit will be issued for returns. Make-up sales are final.
